I have also noticed that my BP has gone down as well, whether or not it is related to the changes I have made, I couldn’t say. My biggest complaint was the poor quality of my bowel movements. I should say now that most of my symptoms relate to my bowel. I have few symptoms of indigestion – no pain or discomfort, no nausea, no bloating, only some funny hiccuping at times, and I can eat any amount of protein and fat and feel fine.
